Your journey exploration: What is calling you?

Eleven Doors for Life Seeker Method has three key parts: Principles, Eleven Doors of Knowledge and Support Activities. There is no set order to explore and experience any part and you can include any other activity or healing modality you are called by. This method provides the means and the support of how you can explore what you may need to heal, to make you think why your life is not aligned with how you feel inside and what you have created outside (friends, job, home, lifestyle, food, etc). Simply open a door and seek for what is best for you. You are the only one who knows what works for you and the only way to know is seeking for what is out of your comfort zone for you.

There are no set rules for what you need and when. Listen to what feels good and right for you and what makes you feel not so good. Trusting 100% your inner voice and body symptoms. Try first any of the steps that you feel call you. That is the first learning to know what you need. You are the driver, and you just choose the step you want. If you see 11 Doors for Life symbol, imagine this is your inner temple and you want the best inside each door. You want to find a sacred space in everything you do and feel good every time you open one of those doors. No two people will create the same healing journey or will be interested in the same. You are here to create your own unique journey with my support, a person who has been on her own journey to recover and to find her lost inner self and heal a broken heart.

This method will teach you to wait for what is next in the process and will allow you to bring exactly what you need to move forward. There were times that what I tried made me go 1000 steps backwards or made me fall from the top of my inner temple, and the frustrations were huge. Later, I realized those steps back were necessary to understand something was requiring deeper work so I could be ready for the next door and the next person to come my way to help me.

You won’t be able to find any of these options sitting once a week with a therapist. The Seeking Method will give you an outside experience that will inspire you to look deeper within yourself. That for me is where the true healing starts.

The doors you choose will help you uncover your sensitive inner truth; will help you identify what it is that works for you to continue your healing journey and will help you reengineer your life. It will help you reveal experiences that are blocked in your subconscious mind, memories you blocked because they were too painful.
The outcome is your responsibility because you are in charge of your life, and you are the project manager of your own health, healing and the life you want to build without unhealthy memories and behaviors.

Educational Material

There is also a lot of educational material in 11 Doors Life Library. Open the material you feel called by. Our days are never the same, so you will need something different to move forward every day. That is why the healing journey cannot have rigid steps, a timeline, or a planned outcome. We need to let it flow, another difficult learning. It is also important to know that how you feel and what happen to you every day will determine how things will flow and progress. This will also teach you to pay more attention about how you feel, accepting all of you. For example: I cannot do the same yoga practice every day. There are days my body and mind need just rest and quiet. I learned to honor what my body and mind need.

I want you to know what is available for you to heal, and then guide you to create your own unique steps to heal and create a new life that reflects what you want to feel inside.

Healing is a slow process. There will be excitement to find and explore the next door. There will be steps back as you acknowledge pain. There will be good days and bad. Embrace the journey. Surrender to the outcome.

You can also share what is happening on your journey with our SIT community because there are a lot of things, I am sure, will come from others to help each other to continue healing and supporting our process of re-engineering our life to live authentically.

Eleven Doors of Knowledge

Knocking on doors to find your inner truth and the healing you are called by to recover your health and life.

This is your own program to heal, to cultivate and to realign your inner essence. The work I did exploring and living each door, gave me the answers I was missing to understand the outcome of my life. The knowledge to find out what I need to soften all my suffering and struggles.

There is not a specific order to explore and to open each door. There is not an equal healing path for 2 people.

You will know what is calling you to continue the journey. Mystical and inner guidance draw me to the right door when the time was right.

Once the journey started, it was hard to quit. I was committed to create a better life. A journey to find understanding, and the emotions driving my destiny and experiences. I had the need to understand the dark inner side of me, the one creating all the suffering and destruction of my relationships and life. At times, it was difficult to accept the outcome, but I decided to trust the journey.

All the doors I explored are available around the world. You do not need to travel to India and to Bali. It is a matter of just deciding you want to heal, and the resources will come your way.

You may choose to explore each method extensively or, you may use just one of these methods during and on your healing journey.

“To change you need to open yourself to your inner experiences.”

Eleven Doors of Knowledge in Summary

1

AYURVEDA

Body Healing

Ayurveda is referred to as the sister science of yoga. It is designed to help heal and balance the body based on each person’s specific constitution. It uses techniques such as herbal remedies, diet, massage, yoga, cleansing regimes and fasting to balance the body. This is a more holistic approach to healing the body naturally versus Western medicine’s symptom fix approach. The main goal of Ayurveda treatment is to help nature take its course to restore mental and physical balance.

2

YOGA

Body Movement & Strengths

Yoga is a scientific system that works to balance and heal the mind, body, and consciousness. There are many different styles and lineages of yoga practices, with the goal of each format to find union with God and your truest self. Some of the styles of yoga that I have experienced on my path include Hatha, Iyengar, Akhanda, and Ashtanga.

3

PRANAYAMA

Inner Breathing

Pranayama is the yogic term for breathing techniques. Pranayama techniques are the most potent way to access the energetic body and systems. The root of the word Pran in Sanskrit translates to the word energy in English. Different styles of pranayama have different outcomes. The different techniques of breath can create effects such as balance, cleanse, energize, focus, calm, purify, and cooling sensation.

4

MEDITATION

Changing your vibration

Meditation is the practice of creating more space and stillness in the mind. There are a lot of simple techniques to start the process and to evolve to a place of ease with meditation. It is a technique that will require practice to experience the benefits. Meditation will help the mind to rest and to heal from stress and overstimulation. There is a wide variety of techniques for meditation such as vipassana, yogic meditation, pranayama meditation, Zen meditation, Japa meditation, guitar meditation, mantra, coloring, just to name a few. Some of the styles that have been a part of my journey include vipassana meditation, guitar meditation, and simply sitting in stillness meditations.

5

DEVOTION

Mantras, Chanting & Prayers

Some mantras are purely used for praise and devotion. It is a form of prayer. You Mantra is the word, phrase, or invocation that you are chanting. This the vibration you are making, and they can have very different feelings and meanings. Devotion is any way of praying or rituals that makes you feel connected with spirit, divine or God. I learned a different meaning of devotion and ritual in Bali and India, and I connected more with this kind of ritual than with the religion I was raised. It is a personal choice.

6

MUSIC &
KIRTAN

Changing your vibration

Music has healing properties and there is music just composed to vibrate in the body to heal. It is a way to reconnect with a sense of peace and calmness. It makes the mind focus in the messages from the music and the sound. Kirtan chanting is a practice used in many different traditions that is the resuscitation of a sound or word. This helps to create a focus in the mind and connection with divinity. Chanting can be done in groups or as an individual practice. For some people, this is their favorite form of meditation because it can be easier to focus on the external sound. Kirtan is a group experience of singing devotional music and chanting. Collectively the sessions are typically very uplifting and heart-opening. They are an opportunity to come together and connect deeper with divinity in a playful, joyful, yet devotional way.

7

SHAMANIC MEDICINES

Ancient natural healing

Shamanic practices typically refer to healing modalities from native tribes of the Americas. Those practices originated from Peru, Colombia, and Mexico. A Shaman is a traditional medicine man or healer among the tribe. Kambo, San Pedro, Bufo and Ayahuasca are the most popular forms of medicine administered in a ceremony by the Shamans. These are physically intense medicines used for cleansing and purging the physical and energetic body to allow healing and inner insight.

8

SOMATIC HEALING

Trauma

The Somatic Experiencing method is a body-oriented approach to the healing of trauma and other stress disorders. It is the life’s work of Dr. Peter A. Levine, resulting from his multidisciplinary study of stress physiology, psychology, ethology, biology, neuroscience, indigenous healing practices, and medical biophysics, together with over 45 years of successful clinical application. The approach releases traumatic shock, which is key to transforming PTSD, C-PTSD, and the wounds of emotional and early developmental attachment trauma.

9

SELF EDUCATION

Knowledge to understand

I could not believe that what I learned during my healing journey is not taught by a therapist, schools, college, or work. The world will continue passing over trauma, pain, and ignorance without any of these knowledges. I realized I needed to study why my life was so challenging. I found a lot of the resources through my main healers, other just came my way when the time was right. I spent a lot of time studying about trauma, relationships, C-PTSD, family neglect and the modalities that are available in the world to heal.

These studies gave me the understanding about how to protect myself and how to understand a lot of my triggers, and emotions. It also gave me the right information to ask the right questions about my condition and why my life was so self-destructive. That is the reason why I want you to have a life library where you can search for what you may need to support your journey.

10

CLARITY BREATHWORK

Breath to find healing, guidance, and clarity

Breathwork emerged out of the consciousness era of the 60′s to support people in addressing core issues held in the subconscious while also expanding consciousness in order to contact one’s Essence — healing our false sense of separation. Clarity Breathwork supports people to release stress and tension, heal and resolve trauma, gain deeper insights into current life issues, and access one’s own internal healing energy, creativity and greater knowing. I will be referring to the work taught by Ashanna Solaris and Dana Dharma Devi.

Eleven Doors of Knowledge in Summary

i – MUTUAL SUPPORT

The times I felt healing happening was when I could feel and experience authentic unconditional support from a healer, doctor, or spiritual guide. That person answering the phone or sitting with me without asking much, just listening, accepting my pain or just ready to show me a huge compassion. Sharing what happen to them was very important. Those stories, hidden for decades, that I was thinking just happened to me. Giving me the tools that helped them to overcome what happened to them. Knowing that the healing process is slow and needs perseverance. Those people are now part of my circle of trust and I know I can count on anytime things feel like they are falling apart again.

ii – OPENNESS AND HONESTY

The sharing of hidden truths is a powerful medicine. Individuals, like me, have hid stories and emotional pain for decades. This creates diseases and a life full of painful experiences. Full honesty is not part of our daily cultural conversation, and social standards. Truths are reasons to reject a person because it is negativity. Truths should be a healthy skill to create good relationships and environments. Individuals cannot leave emotions outside the classroom, office, and families. This creates a fake peace and acceptance in all aspects of life and a hell within, which may lead to dishonest and unhealthy relationships. I decided not be part of any place where I cannot bring with me my truths and emotions.

“I invite you to be part of this space of truths and expression to support a community needing support.”

iii – SENSITIVITY CONTAINER

Healing happened where I found a safe sensitive container for expression and speaking nothing but the truth. The medicine of sensitive, compassionate, and loving people, where I could feel safe, with individuals who had similar experiences in life. The empathy from other people who felt similar pains. Each person was able to come out from struggles to a place of living their truths with care, love, and kindness. I created my circle of truth with that kind of sensitive people. Finally, I attracted those kinds of healers and teachers who can feel the hurt you have inside and help you heal with care, in a place of acceptance, validation, support and sensitive love. I must learn this principle, and it was not easy. Harm and abuse were the norm, but sensitivity and understanding were rare.

“How sensitive are you with your own reality? Are you ready to learn how sensitivity feels?”

iv – SELF-STUDY MOTIVATION

It is key to spend time in the area of self-education to find what works for you. It is the medicine to understand each of your emotions and experiences. It terrified me when I learned about narcissistic abuse and gaslighting (a form of phycological manipulation). I could not believe a therapist never shared such information with me. The most dangerous kind of people you can attract in your life and work. Once you study yourself, you can make the proper changes to heal, find what works for you and change your life. It gives you knowledge to understand from where these painful experiences get triggered. It is the most powerful support for each of your inner sensitive truths and to choose what is good for your life.

v – YOUR OWN PATH TO FREEDOM

Each person requires a different journey. You need free will to find a unique way to heal, love and live. No one can tell you what environments, people, or medicine is good for you – those answers are within you. You have to find your own inner path which is free from outside influences, and which is full of motivation and encouragement with the right support. Learn to listen to your own voice without external judgment and wrong advice.

“Feel what is right without the fear of what others will think. Flow freely in the direction that will be in alignment with what your truths are for your health and life purpose.”
